‘Lem FOX’ BECOME AN AICA GROUP SUBSIDIARIES COMPANY

In the first quarter of 2013, PT. Dynea Indria a manufacturer of Lem FOX adhesives brand has officially become an AICA – Japan group subsidiaries company. The purchased of shares of Dynea Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. by AICA KOGYO Co. Ltd of Japan make all of Dynea Asia Pacific Subsidiaries Company including PT. Dynea Indria becoming a member of AICA group.

By this purchase of shares, legally the name of Dynea Asia pacific Pte. Ltd has officially changed to be AICA Asia Pacific Holding Pte. Ltd. which has based office in Singapore.

As the consequence of the purchase of shares, the name of PT. Dynea Indria is being processed to be PT. Aica Indria. The transition is targeted finish within next month.

Now as the member of AICA ASIA PACIFIC Pte. Ltd., ‘lem FOX’ has the same mission to be accomplished: GROWTH and SYNERGI!
